Christmas morning is always fun around our household. You think you understand the magic of Christmas but I’d argue that it’s not something you can truly understand until you see it through the eyes of your son or daughter. It’s an exceptional time of year; one where all the planning and hard work pays off.

This year was no exception. We had Dana’s Mom and Dad staying with us in the morning and then we headed to my Aunt’s house for a wonderful family dinner with my Mom’s side of the family. Lots of family around and lots and lots of presents too. 2014’s Christmas day was definitely a lot better than the Ice Storm-laden 2013 Christmas. Hopefully we never have to relive that one again!
