Oliver Trevor Jay Connell was born on November 30th, 2008 at the Headwater’s Hospital in Orangeville Ontario Canada. From the very moment he entered into our lives, we have felt so blessed and so honoured that he is our son.

We are proud parents, Dana Ruprecht and Trevor Connell and for Oliver’s 1st birthday, we’ve created this blogsite as a place to document our Son’s growth and achievements. We hope that our friends and family will visit this site often to see and hear what’s new in the Connell household.

Over the past year, we’ve tried really hard to document Oliver’s life. Whether it was through photos or through video, our Son has had a lens of some sort in his face since within the first hour of his life. And he seems to be ok with that. Only time will tell whether or not he will continue to allow us such great opportunities to capture his expressions, but we’re confident he will.

This past year has brought many, many joys for our family. Oliver has been a bright shining star our lives, enriching our daily on-goings with laughter, giggles and cuddles. We always knew that we would love being parents, but it most certainly wasn’t clear how much we would love it. Oliver’s candor and personality are big factors in that.
