Christmas this year was overshadowed by the Ice Storm that we went through at home. With the destruction of so many 100-year-old trees; the loss of power for seven days; and the damage done to our house, it was hard to get in to the Christmas spirit. Luckily enough, Oliver’s Christmas was quite a great success so we were happy about that. We spent Christmas up at Dana’s parents place with her family. Their new place has these fantastic views of the lake and on Christmas morning, I saw one of the greatest sunrises I’ve ever seen. We had a lot of fun and it was nice to just step back and forget (albeit briefly) about the worries back home.
Enjoy some of the photos we made.
Cheers!
